Returns and exchanges

• Warranty for manufacturing defects for 8 days from your purchase. We will evaluate the piece and offer you repair alternatives or an exchange for another piece.  

• Exchanges. We offer you an exchange within 3 days following your purchase. You may choose from our catalog and pay the difference if you select a higher-priced piece. 

Quinto Sol reserves the right to determine if the exchange is valid. No exchanges will be made for damage to the piece or due to neglect. Exchanges or returns do not apply to merchandise purchased at a discount and/or on clearance. When an exchange is approved, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message with the shipping address, and you will receive your replacement product once we have received the returned product (shipping costs will be quoted at the time and it will be assessed whether they are covered by the customer). In order to process the exchange, it is necessary to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and to return the product in the same condition as received, with the original case and packaging, and without signs of having been used or damaged. You are purchasing a handcrafted product, so the colors and shapes of the stones and some materials may vary; these components are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding. The photographs are merely illustrative. Like any handicraft, amber may sometimes have small imperfections, which are in turn proof of the authenticity and originality of each piece, making them unique.
