Quality assurance
- Manufacturing defect warranty for 8 days from the date of purchase. We will evaluate the piece and offer you alternatives for repair or exchange for another piece.
- Exchanges. We offer exchanges within 3 days following your purchase. You may choose from our catalog and pay the difference if you select a higher-priced piece.
- Repair and maintenance service: both silver, being a malleable material, and amber, which is a fossil resin, can be fragile, meaning they can suffer damage in the event of impacts or improper use; therefore, we advise you to take care of your pieces and always store them in the packaging in which you received them. If your jewelry was damaged for any of these reasons, don't worry! We would be happy to evaluate it and offer you repair alternatives so that it always looks like new, at workshop cost!

Each of our jewelry pieces is delivered packaged in a Quinto Sol design pouch and box.

- If the customer desires a color change for the cord type, they may request it via WhatsApp at +52 1 967 271 3334 on the same day the purchase was made. You must send the information regarding the desired change and we will try to meet your need as much as possible, depending on workshop stock.
