Shipping

Our delivery service is available within the Mexican Republic and abroad. Your order will be processed after payment has been validated in the Joyería Quinto Sol store account; following this, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Delivery times are 3-5 business days for standard shipping service via UPS. All products purchased will be packed at no extra cost. Shipping will be quoted according to the postal code. For international shipments, please be aware that there may be extra charges for tariffs or taxes levied by your country's customs. Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you check it for any defects or alterations; if any are found, please do not accept it, note your comments on the courier's delivery slip, and report it via email to joyeriaquintosol@gmail.com; otherwise, the company will not be held responsible for any damage the products may present.
